Meet, Phillip Blevins. He is a previous Special Assistant United States Attorney in the Western District of Missouri. Blevins is a decorated Air Force officer, having served just under 6 years on Active Duty. He was assigned as a JAG prosecutor at Whiteman Air Force Base and Moody Air Force Base.
