Rockne is so much fun! I really enjoyed hearing his story. He has a podcast called "RockneCAST," which is how I found him initially. He has done a series of episodes on his podcast about IF and how it has changed his life. On this episode of "The Fast Life with Diabetes," he takes us through his intermittent fasting journey and how he has been able to take back control of his health.
