In this episode, I talk with Ryan Wimpey, who is the Founder and CEO of the Tip Top K9 Dog Training Franchise. Ryan started dog training with his first dog Curly. He became obsessed about dog training and learned how to train him through Curly's behavioral problems that were affecting his relationships and built out a training program with classical conditioning that he started doing full time in 2008. In 2019, he started franchising and has grown locations all around the country over the past several years.
