Interview with Samantha Moir

Listen Later

Samantha Moir is an Emotional and Cognitive Behavioural Coach, writer and a force to be reckoned with. This interview was a little different.Yes, we talk about what her style of coaching is all about and why she got into coaching in the first place, her take on trauma, and the types of clients she attracts but I had the brilliant idea of using this time for a session with Samantha. Her doing her thing as a coach and me as the client. You know, sort some stuff out...take advantage of the time. All I can say is, with Sam, there is nowhere to hide. She sees you. Like REALLY sees you. That stuff that you don't even know you're doing because of subconscious beliefs brought about by old conditioning and traumas, yep, she brings all that murky, demony, messy stuff into the light. So if you want to see me squirm, this is a brilliant opportunity to do so.The purpose of this completely vulnerable exposure of my deepest darkests? To let you know that being vulnerable is a-OK. In fact, it's better than ok, it's the best. And adopting a more open, honest, vulnerable way of dealing with your own shit will in turn allow you to live your best life. Do the work. It will tough but it will also be most definitely worth it.If you want to follow Samantha on Instagram, go here @samanthamoir_ or if you want to get in contact or book a session, check out the website www.samanthamoir.com For more info on the Tune In Radio U podcast, go to www.tuneinradiou.com If you enjoyed this podcast, follow for more, like & share so that others can reap the benefits.Intro logo music by Denisdrummer85 at audiojungle.com
