I’m Rachel Wells. Thee Woo Woo Guru. Spiritual entrepreneur, astrologer, nervous system advocate, and someone with absolutely no interest in pretending to have it all together while life is still life-ing in the background.

Ratchet and Regulated is for the women who are powerful!!!!! Self-aware but self-sabotaging. Deeply intuitive but still ignoring their own red flags. The women carrying entire communities on their backs while secretly fantasizing about disappearing into the woods and becoming adopted by a wolf pack and starting over. We’re in process and progress right? Because it’s not wrong to feel like thisZ 

This is where spirituality and humanity stop competing with each other.

Where we stop pretending struggle makes us weak.
