In this Conveyancing Matters, Stu and Lorraine were delighted to chat with Shaun Spalding from Avant Advisory.  Shaun is an accountant but has branched into IT, finance and project management so he is perfectly placed to understand the professional pressures that law firms face – whilst being able to bring a refreshing perspective to thorny issues such as electronic signatures, case management systems and attitude to risk.

Shaun gave some really practical ideas for conveyancers to think about when looking at the risks of cloud-based storage and electronic signatures as well as discussing the ‘Uncle Albert’ attitudes to change! (You’ll have to watch it to understand that one!).
