Today’s guest on the Captain’s Coach Podcast is Shea Mullins. Shea was a classmate of mine at West Point and was one of the captains for our Army West Point Lacrosse team in 2016. Today we dive into some of the things the Army Lacrosse team did well to promote leadership, the lessons Shea learned as a Captain and what he would have done differently, how his coach personally developed his captains, and Shea’s own views on what makes a great captain and how to become a better leader. Shea is a native of Long Island, New York and is currently stationed at Fort Stewart as a Field Artillery Officer.
