Today’s guest on the Captain’s Coach Podcast is Shea Mullins. Shea was a classmate of mine
at West Point and was one of the captains for our Army West Point Lacrosse team in 2016.
Today we dive into some of the things the Army Lacrosse team did well to promote leadership,
