Stephen Kleckner is not only a huge Street Fighter II fan and collector, but he's also runs the annual Street Fighter II Hyper Fighting Tournament at California Extreme. Stephen shares what led him to start running tournaments, how to run a good tourney, and talks about some of the best Street Fighter II players out there.
