This week, I spoke with Steve Boschen. Steve is the Infrastructure Delivery & Operations Division Director for the Arizona Department of Transportation. His approach to delivering a world class transportation system is grounded in pragmatism, optimism, a commitment to partnering with industry, and being brave enough to challenge the status quo.
