Former test cricketer and National Captain Steve Waugh was in Queenstown, taking photos of the Queenstown Oval yesterday. The photos are going to be included in a book Steve is currently working on about Unique Australian cricket grounds, ones that tell a story and epitomizes the spirit of cricket in Australia. A friendly T20 cricket match between a Queenstown side and a Ridgley side was held while Steve was here and Skirvo had the privilege of speaking to Steve yesterday afternoon and it went to air on the breakfast show this morning.
