In this episode, Nathan, Brad, Joshua and Sydney talk about how Sydney came to be apart of the Baba Java family three years ago and her journey with coffee. Sydney started as a barista with Baba Java when the cafe first opened and has continued into the promoted roles of Lead Closer and Assistant Trainer to the Head Trainer. 

"I work with people that are awesome people that really love each other well and handle conflict really well. which is not something that I had really ever seen in a job before, said Sydney.  "That and then the customers. Being able to interact with people from a variety of different walks of life and get to know people on a level where you are serving them, but also, like, just getting to talk to them about everyday things. I love making coffee and I think it is so much fun but I think like the community aspect is one of my favorite parts."

Nathan is the president and co-founder of Baba Java Coffee. He founded Baba Java Coffee alongside his son, Joshua Parvin in 2018. Nathan serves as the big-picture visionary that pioneers strategic growth in all internal and external Baba Java endevours.

Brad is the Vice President of Operations and long-time close friend to Nathan. Brad inspired the business concept at the very heart of Baba Java and continues to instill their values in day-to-day operations. Without Brad, Baba Java would not exist as it is today.

Joshua Parvin is the Baba Java International Lead and co-founder of Baba Java Coffee. He founded Baba Java Coffee alongside his dad, Nathan Parvin. Josh serves as both a big visionary and day-to-day manager at Baba Java Coffee.

Sydney Hazlewood is Lead Closer and Assistant Trainer to the Head Trainer at Baba Java Coffee. She has been apart of our team since the day the cafe opened and has brought so much value to our work environment for the three years we have gotten to claim her.
