In this episode, we interview five members of the PMI Utah team - Kalysta Olvera (bookkeeper for residential), Ellie Ramos (virtual assistant over vacation and residential properties), Krissy Taylor (maintenance coordinator), Kassie Marcelis (residential Coordinator), and Julie Rees (HOA management).
