We believe everyone needs recognition when they do a great job.  When we saw that there was actually an Employee Recognition Day, we decided to allow our listeners to nominate employees for the honor.  The winner is on our show today.  John Gibson is an employee at Mountaineer Gas Company in Charleston, WV.  John's boss, Sarah McClanahan is also on the show so we can hear why she thought John was worthy of the honor.  Congratulations John!
