Tony is the owner of Penn Ultimate Consulting and The Alternative Board Orange County. Drawing from more than 25 years in the restaurant and hospitality industry, Tony has a reputation as a trail blazer.

Some of his accomplishements include opening the first Outback in California, Scaling the Buca Di Peppo chain and my facvorite paninning sand rolling out the Counter Burger Franchise. He also has worked closely with Aaron Sanchez of the Food Network in developing his restaurant concepts.
