Travis and I have been friends for a long time. He is an incredibly interesting and enterprising guy. Married to Toni with 2 daughters, 7 & 3, he has an interesting resume.

He started and leads an organisation helping companies build a better culture. Called Apple Tree and it is about "good culture, good business".

Joined to that is Travis's "sister" project, "The Middle" which is all about "middle intelligence". This is about navigating the space between the start of something and the end.

He recently published a book simply titled "The Middle" where he shares the heart of navigating the middle by telling the story of an around the world bicycle trip raising money for AIDS.
