Welcome back to My Dad's A Chef. Hosts Kyle and Bill are welcoming their first guest EVER to the table, Warren Means! Warren is the co-owner of the Modern Butcher located in Newburyport, MA, where he is cutting up meats, making charcuterie, stuffing sausages, and serving up what is regarded in the North Shore as one of the best roast beef 3-way there is (Saturday's only). Warren goes in-depth about what it is like to own a small business in today's world and how their start in February of 2019 had some major obstacles that he, his wife, and crew are continuing to get through with hard work, dedication, and passion in what they do. Warren is one helluva first guest for us to have on our podcast, and we would love to have him back to Stir The Pot because boy do we want bacon now!
