He cofounded and leads the world's first & largest network dedicated to emotional intelligence. Josh is the author of 5 books, including the international bestseller, At the Heart of Leadership -- and one of his books focuses specifically on today's topic: Wholehearted Parenting. He cocreated 9 different psychometrics tests measuring individual & organizational EQ, and works with business and agencies from the UN to FedEx to Qatar airways on creating value with emotions. He also cocreated the world's largest EQ program, POP-UP Festival in partnership with UNICEF World Children's Day, which brings emotional intelligence to children & their adults in over 200 countries & territories.
