Depression can affect anyone. Whether you are rich, poor, black, white, man, woman, young, old. It hits everyone the same.

Lillian Hernandez, Podcast Host of "Wine Down With Lil," dropped an episode on her podcast called My Experiences with Depression (January 20, 2021). In this interview, she spoke about being bullied in high school due to the texture of her hair, almost stabbed on the playground in elementary, and dealing with depression at an early age.

Today Lillian and I talk about how depression affects us as women. It is easy for us to internalize a lot of feelings and still function like everything is ok. But what do you do when that one off day turns into an off week and then an off month?
