In this episode Jan and RJ interview Vanessa Oswalt. Vanessa started her wrestling career as a small child in a small town, fought her war through the ranks, and has wrestled for the women's national team as well as the Army World Class Athlete Program. 

Vanessa is currently a huge advocate in the process of sanctioning girls wrestling as a sport in the state of Ohio as well as a coach and mentor to wrestlers across the state.
