Zubiya Surti hails from the Indian state of Gujarat. Apart from working in a pharmaceutical company, she is a poet, writer and author of her book "Snowdrops and Sunshine" available on various platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart and Notion Press, worldwide. She started writing at the age of nine. She is also passionate about reading and music. She plays the Indian flute - Bansuri in her leisure time. Zubiya aspires to be a spoken word artist, taking her art 'from page to stage'. With her poetry she wishes to reach the hearts of people and contribute to a positive change in the world.
