When I went into OLD MILL Wine and Spirits, in Rhinebeck,  I felt like I was in a private wine cellar...The gentleman who owns this special, one of a kind store is Charles Derbyshire...Quite a name and Quite a guy...  He was funny, welcoming and knew far more about liquor than anyone I had ever known.  Not just your run of the mill store with the well known bottles lined up...

This was a whole new world for me...and not the most expensive...it is the best, most interesting...
