In this episode we charted the illustrious career of Mrs. Debolina Saha. She is the founder of Internship Bank, a platform which provides professional internships and connects female interns with female mentors. She enlightened us with the various issues interns face in India and how Debolina's organization has helped numerous interns garner internships and mentors. We also covered her experience at NUJS, Amarchand, Ashurst (London), and Allen and Overy (Hong Kong). She explained to us the type of challenges and differences in each firm and what they look for in prospective employees.
