After escaping a deadly concentration of sunlight in an original Model T, Ronald finds himself in Chicago's own Grant Park. There he attempts to enter the famous Bean sculpture, but is sidetracking by a chance meeting with Sandy Skittlebach, an information broker, who has some information that could lead Ronald down a very dangerous road.
