Leaving her village to wander the vast, three-mooned desert, she relies on a spiritual connection to MoTHer and a unique mental sense to survive. Her journey takes a dark turn when she discovers the mysterious ruins of an ancient, advanced civilisation that emit a lethal, invisible silence. After falling critically ill from radiation poisoning, she is rescued by a technologically superior community known as a Heptaton. Her rescuers reveal that the site was destroyed in a nuclear war millennia ago, ultimately inviting her to join them as a scientist.
