Trauma, healing, vibrations, inner peace, purpose, friendship, love, relationships, dating, grief, loss, coping, anxiety, mental health, vulnerability, self discovery, self love, self care, joy and laughter all while being Black. These are a few of the many topics I look forward to discussing on this podcast. This is my personal therapy a way to get conversations going with my peers. A way to build up my community by having conversations that I would like to hear more of in my community. Breaking toxic cycles and helping others do the same one dialogue at a time.
