I touch base on my spiritual journey since my dark night of the soul in 2017; the catalyst to changing my whole damn life and reclaiming my power. 

Hoping to deliver my experience and knowledge to you in an authentic, inspirational and humorous way. I focus on trauma healing, subconscious reprogramming, the inner child, somatic work and all things entrepreneurial.
