I am a first generation Latina, meaning I was the first one in my family to graduate with a Bachelors degree. I graduated with a STEM degree and am currently in a predominantly male dominated field. I never really had anyone to guide me on how to navigate adult life after high school. This podcast was developed to help those who might have shared or share a similar experience.
