Have you ever been in a dark place mentally before?! Me yes! Some say they can relate to my story, and some refuse to admit it because it reminds them too much of the reality we live in; and that Yaba ( grandmother in Moore) was right; people nowadays miss the whole point of any approach, good mixed with a lot of evil she said.

My name is Joyce Kegoum, mostly known as Yenna or Yennenga . I was born in Cameroon and raised in Burkina Faso; I now live in the USA and pursue my education in psychology.

This podcast is primarily a therapy for me in hopes that it will help others! I will be sharing mainly about mental health and care. Mine and others' experiences with the subject; life pieces of advice and guidance for those who feel a little lost. And things I wished someone had told me.

I see this podcast as a boost for everyone going through a hard time and a reminder of how far you have come for others.
