In this very first episode, I’m opening up about my story as a first-generation Latina, eldest daughter, and therapist. I share what inspired me to start this podcast, the responsibility I felt helping my parents while adapting to new spaces, and the way my cultura shaped who I am today. This is a space for us, for the mujeres who carry so much, give so much, and still keep showing up with resilience.

We’ll talk about representation, healing, and the unique challenges that come with being a first-gen daughter, but also about the strengths and poder we bring to every space we enter.
