Hi everyone! Welcome to the Teen Collective Podcast! I'm your host, Alyssa, and I am so incredibly excited to be working on this. I have always been one of those people who enjoyed listening to others talk, and now I'm the one doing the talking. It is a little strange to be on the other end.

This podcast is all about current issues and topics from a Gen-Z teen perspective. My hope is that as the podcast grows, we can get listener messages and guests. Teens of today are often viewed as being all show and no substance. We are "lazy and problematic and uninformed". However, I believe that the youth of today is going to be the driving force of change in the world. We are hard-workers, we bring up issues that need to be talked about, and we keep up with the news 24/7. Our strength is our hope. Please, always remember to keep your hope and keep going! We are the change!
