Welcome to EZ Awakenings. As a 501(c)(3) non-profit, our organization is dedicated to the education of mental health. While there are few answers when it comes to mental-emotional problems, we are relentless explorersin search of solutions. We do this, often through a comedic manner, through film, workshops/seminars, and outreach programs.
More than 40,000,000 people in the U.S. take psychiatric drugs. 2017 saw more than 1,300,000 suicide attempts… Yet who had mental health education in their childhood? Where was the curriculum on basic habit formation, addiction, or how to deal with our emotions? When did the world become so serious?
EZ Awakenings seeks to lighten things up. Our documentaries and podcasts have reached thousands to deliver critical information about the nature of the mind, and our seminars provide crucial mental health education to the young and old in a way that is engaging, entertaining, and fun.
