Listen in to The Therapy Shed to hear Mark and Brian chat about all things mental health; what therapy can often involve, why to access support, why bother with self-care, as well as challenging, and hopefully disproving, some myths and assumptions that still linger around the world of therapy. With some episodes involving guests, often experienced specialists in their clinical field, we hope to make therapy more relatable and tangible for anyone who listens into the Shed.
