In this very first, very amateur episode of Kickin' It With Kristi we take a  quick tour of my life and how I came to the idea of starting my own podcast. I briefly touch on specific moments in my life that ultimately led me here: spewing my thoughts and opinions all over the internet!

I talk about sharing a room with my mom, getting bullied, college Kristi, meeting my husband, finding myself and fitness and all in 15 short minutes!
