Its Christmas time and I thought it would be a really good moment to spread some love and good vibes, so I am happy and excited to finally launch my Podcast today! My name is Loreen aka Lola, Im from Germany and I am working with modern spirituality, which is a mixture of ancient spiritual knowledge & practices and modern techniques of psychotherapy & coaching.
