Welcome to The Big Exhale, a limited podcast series that will help you reach your goals and create a life you love without all the stress and pressure! 

If you’re new to my world, I’m Sarah Maurer, a mindfulness coach and breathworker who specializes in helping busy high achievers get more done by slowing down and resting more.

I love coaching high achievers, because pretty much from birth, I felt so much pressure to achieve amazing things. I’m an only child, so I was my parents one shot at greatness. 🤣 

In this series, I'll share my top six lessons about self-compassion that help me every day. I share them with almost all of my clients. And now, for the first time, I’m going to share them with you too!
