This podcast is for anyone who has found themselves overwhelmed and distracted before they even step out the door.  Here is an alternative to the autopilot that many of us have been living in either out of necessity or just by default.
In this 30 minute podcast we use research informed mindfulness routines and movement to gently awaken your mind, invigorate your body and tap into newfound resilence.  Allowing you the opportunity to reclaim your mornings and set your own rhythm, before the hectic pace outside sets it for you.
