On today’s episode, Neph and Rosette are joined by special guest Maria Marquez and Ana Patino Perez to provide a short intro to the topic of DACA. As you know from the previous episode, our first guest, Maria, serves as a co-host for Separando Aguas Turbulentas, CSPL’s Spanish version of the podcast. She is also a former CSPL Intern and the co-chair of CSPL’s Immigration committee. Our second guest, Ana, is a senior at Dominican University who is studying accounting and she is also the president of Dominican’s Student Government Association. During this conversation, Maria and Ana discuss how being a DACA recipient has personally affected them and their families.
