Intro to Media Mentality

In a growing digital world where topics such as mental health and social media toxicity are becoming more mainstream, we are opening the discussion to hear from individuals about their relationship with social media and the effects on their mental health. What’s interesting about social media is that it has become ubiquitous – some would say invasive - and has an impact on all of us. By inviting guests from a wide spectrum of backgrounds and ages to speak about this topic, we hope to shine a light on the joys and the troubles of current social media – and perhaps find common ground.
