This description is a rough first pass at my attempt to conceptualize "Metanoism" with someone else.  I spoke with my friend and colleague, Brandi Reinhardt, LPC.  

Metanoism is a psychospiritual approach to being of service in the world for those who feel called to help lighten the planetary vibrations.

Metanoism is conceptual and practical. It is an embodied psychospirituality that is praxis oriented.  

It's worldview is metamodern and integral.
