Dr. Ralph also shares his journey into military psychology as well as a glimpse of his extensive experience as a military psychologist, such as being the first ship psychologist aboard USS John F. Kennedy (CV-67) to leading the midshipmen development center at US Naval Academy to becoming the training director of Navy psychology.
