Velma has been in all the worlds involving health and fitness; she has trained olympic athletes, quadriplegics, teenagers.... Her mother was her first client. She is an exercise physiologist, a 17 year yoga as well as Spinning instructor. She has owned and ran her own fitness studio for several years and still trains clients as a personal trainer to this day. Let her get real about her experiences. Her specialty is uniquely choreographed low impact, high demand workouts.
