As both a formally trained Tea Artist and Therapist, whenever I hear the phrase "I have tea for you!", I find the only appropriate response is "Herbal or Verbal?" 

Join me as we engage in one of my favorite therapeutic modalities: Bibliotherapy -- the reading of books to support and help heal the mental health challenges we face. Meanwhile, learn how to support your mind and body with an herbal tea that perfectly coordinates with our book of the month!
