Hi there!

Vulnerability moment here, one of the main things that led to me taking so long to release this podcast was how many podcasts I would see being launched almost on a daily! I felt as though people were getting podcast fatigue and I completely understood why. But here's the thing, while they may be annoying (some…haha) podcasts are an important mirror into our society. By being exposed to the many different ways that other people see life, we get to expand our worlds and our views about it and the more we do so, the more we may discover that we have so much more to learn...

My hope is that that discovery leads us to walk this earth with more kindness and humility.
