Welcome to Carry Confetti! This is a podcast designed to help you discover how to cultivate a life of hopeful expectation and daily celebration. I'll be exploring Christian theology and studies in psychology to better understand the powerful effects of gratitude and hope. 

I'm Darcie Frost, a girl who has learned to celebrate in every season, even if it's a painful season of waiting when the confetti isn't yet for me.
