Hello I’m Carol Clegg. I'm a business mentor and progress coach for women coaches. My personal journey has been one of mindfulness and self-care, navigating through life's ups and downs, including the devastating loss of our 22 year old son to a distracted driver, and I’m constantly seeking ways to heal and grow and help you find ways to say no to distracted driving!

This path led me to Positive Intelligence, a mental fitness framework that has profoundly changed my approach to challenges, and I'm eager to share these strategies with you.

Born and raised in one of the beautiful cities of the world - Cape Town, South Africa - our family decided to explore new horizons and in 1993 we started on a journey of travel and sailing in the Caribbean, eventually settling in the United States.

As a coach I offer practical mindset strategies for overcoming overwhelm, setting clear goals, and making confident business decisions. Together, we'll address tech challenges, find time-saving tools, and set up systems that align with your goals and work style.
