Hi, my name is Cecelia Mandryk, and I’m a life coach. I’ve worked with dozens of high-achieving individuals who feel in control of every aspect of their lives except their own happiness. That’s why this summer, I’m launching a new podcast called Happiness Created.
In this show, I’m combining my experience in coaching, somatic therapies, western counseling, and Ayurveda to bring self-proclaimed overachievers the practices, mindset shifts, and actionable steps they need to build more contentment, confidence, and joy in their everyday lives.
In these weekly bite-sized lessons, we will discuss topics including what is happiness and how we create it for ourselves, how to foster more contentment in your relationships and the challenge with positive thinking.
