Shine First Today

Introducing Inspired Thinking

Listen Later

Welcome to Shine First Today! I am so excited to share this podcast with you.

Juggling a career, family, relationships, and trying to accommodate everyone and everything in your schedule can lead to overwhelm, anxiety, and panic attacks.

I know this because I experienced it myself but thankfully found a solution that allowed me to move out of overwhelm and chaos to being calm, centered, and grounded—I followed my own internal guidance system.

I created this show and launched the Shine First Today website in hopes of sharing how you, too, can tap into your own internal guidance system to release anxiety, achieve work-life balance, and live a supercharged life.

In this episode, you'll also hear:

  • How stress can be time consuming
  • Ending anxiety without medication
  • The power of your internal guidance system

Must-listen moments:

[00:07:03] Inspired thinking is like critical thinking, except you use your heart instead of your brain to make decisions.

[00:08:34] I started to think about not leaving the house, and I had to be hospitalized three times. But it was when I started to think about not being alive anymore that I knew something had to change.

[00:09:18] I went from being constantly overwhelmed to being calm, centered, and grounded. My business skyrocketed, my relationships improved, and I am here today with absolute confidence that you can learn how to follow your own internal guidance system.

Thank you for listening! Please share this episode with 2 friends you think need to hear it!
