Katelyn is the co-founder and CEO of SeedCulture, a software company on a mission to upskill, engage and empower people and teams in their sustainability journeys. She spent the first part of her career as a marketer, helping a range of companies to build and grow their digital presence. In 2017, she started her own equestrian apparel e-commerce business, which quickly expanded across Australia and internationally.

Realising that she had an opportunity to use business as a force for good, she made a conscious effort to embed social and environmental responsibility across the business. Part of this process required a personal learning journey and mindset change, which eventually led her to want to dedicate her career to the field of sustainability. She started SeedCulture as a way to help others progress in their own learning and impact journeys, while helping businesses to hit their sustainability goals and ultimately become a force for good.
