Four episodes in and it feels like time to introduce myself! 

In this episode I share a little about who I am, what I love, who I appreciate, and what inspires me.

I touch on the effects of COVID-19 for myself and for humanity as a whole.

I also try - and stumble - to talk about learning how to be an anti-racist when I had thought I already was one, and how I'm sure I'm totally screwing it up.

Mostly I talk about love, my journey to loving myself, and the fact that you deserve to love yourself and live the most fulfilling life you possibly can.
